This winter I tested a device designed to transfer central heating. The Tadpole is a small gizmo which takes the air out of the system, increasing efficiency and cutting fuel consumption by up to 25 per cent. The coldest winter in a decade means I can’t compare fuel use with previous years. But our radiators and water are much hotter and we never once had to “bleed” the radiators. Read more…
